How do you find more clients?

1. Reply faster than everyone else

4. Past clients are the cheapest channel

A client who buys a home will, a few years later, either sell it or send an acquaintance your way. A message on holidays after the sale is enough for this: just keep a note of who bought and when.

5. Be the first to catch owner listings

The first agent to call a seller who has listed their own property often ends up adding that property to their portfolio. To do this, you need to see new listings on all sites right away.
