WhatsApp and Telegram messages in one panel, built for realtors
Clients write on WhatsApp, Telegram or through the chat on your website, and you answer all of them from one inbox. Turn a chat into a CRM client in one click and let your staff reply from the same place.
Why messages get lost
A client writes on WhatsApp one day and on Telegram the next, while an enquiry arrives through your website form. When a phone is replaced or a staff member goes on holiday, those conversations get lost.
A shared inbox shows every channel in one list: who wrote, and whether they got an answer. Your WhatsApp number connects with a QR code through the phone's "Linked devices" feature, and Telegram works through your own bot.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. Your existing WhatsApp number connects with a QR code through the phone's "Linked devices" feature. There is no extra charge per message.
Do messages still arrive if my phone is switched off?
WhatsApp works as a linked device. If the phone stays offline for a long time, the connection may need to be set up again, and the panel will tell you when that happens.
Can my staff see the messages?
Yes. Staff added with the Team plugin can open the inbox and reply.
